- Fraudulent, corrupt, dishonest, or illegal
- Negligent, breach of trust or duty
- Unethical practices
- Significant misuse or mismanagement of Agape Global’s resources
- Actions that may harm Agape Global or its personnel, including unsafe work practices
- Conduct that could result in financial loss, reputational damage, or harm to our interests
- Violations of relevant legislation
- Serious misconduct or improper behavior of any kind

How to Report to Agape Global
To qualify as a ‘protected disclosure’ under Australian law, your report must be submitted to an eligible recipient. The following individuals and services are authorized to receive whistleblowing reports at Agape Global:
- Your Call: An independent, external service dedicated to receiving whistleblowing reports on behalf of Agape Global
- The Head of Risk at Agape Global
- The Director of Agape Global
- The Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Agape Global
- Any member of Agape Global’s Board of Directors
- Agape Global’s Company Secretary
- Any member of the Executive Leadership Team
Reporting Through Your Call
Your Call is an independent whistleblowing service authorized to handle misconduct reports for Agape Global. Reports submitted through Your Call are directed to Agape Global’s Head of Risk. In cases where the report involves the Head of Risk, it is escalated to the Chief Financial Officer, in line with our policy.
Your Call offers the option to report anonymously and ensures confidentiality.
