Agape Global is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and regulated under the ACNC Act 2012. As a large charity, we comply with the ACNC Governance Standards.

Compliance with ACNC External Conduct Standards

Agape Global complies with the ACNC External Conduct Standards in all activities and resource management outside Australia. This includes adhering to the following requirements:

(i) Proper management of overseas activities and resources.

(ii) Annual review and record-keeping of overseas operations.

(iii) Anti-fraud and anti-corruption measures.

(iv) Protection and safeguarding of vulnerable individuals.
